These general terms ("General Terms") comprise a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate" or "you") and DagangNow (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These General Terms apply to and form part of each agreement with us ("Agreement"). These General Terms cover the affiliate marketing services ("Services") provided by the Company via the affiliate dashboard ("Dashboard").

Your access to the Services begins the moment we approve your application and you receive your unique affiliate link.

You agree to use the Services in accordance with these General Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1.4
We may amend the General Terms from time to time. Unless indicated otherwise, changes are effective as of the date of posting. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance through appropriate means, such as via your registered email or through the Dashboard. By continuing to access the Services after any changes come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised General Terms.
Privacy Policy

Daganoss Digital Sdn. Bhd. ("DagangNow", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you use our platform at daganoss.com.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly to us, including:
- Full name, email address, and contact number upon registration
- Business information such as company name, SSM registration number, and business address (for brand owners)
- Identity verification documents (MyKad, passport) for KYC/KYB purposes
- Bank account details for payment and payout processing
- Order history, transaction records, and payment information
- Device information, IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and provide our platform services
- To process payments, settlements, and payouts
- To verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations
- To send transactional communications (order confirmations, receipts, account alerts)
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
- To improve and personalise our platform through analytics
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate the platform:
- Payment processors (e.g. CHIP Fintech) for transaction processing
- Logistics providers (e.g. NinjaVan) for order fulfilment and shipment tracking
- Cloud infrastructure providers for secure data hosting
- Regulatory authorities when required by law
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by Malaysian law. Transaction and financial records are kept for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with statutory requirements. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Your Rights
Under the PDPA 2010, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Request the deletion of your personal data where legally permissible

Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

DagangNow is a commerce platform that connects brand owners with customers and affiliates. The following policy outlines the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns on our platform.
1. Platform Subscription Fees
Subscription fees paid to DagangNow for brand owner plans are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
2. Customer Orders
Refunds and returns for product orders are managed by the respective brand owner. Each brand may have its own return and refund terms. Customers should:
- Contact the brand owner directly through the order details page
- Submit a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving the order
- Provide photographic evidence of any damaged or incorrect items
- Return items in their original, unused condition with original packaging where applicable
3. Grounds for Refund
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Item received is significantly different from the product description
- Item arrived damaged or defective through no fault of the customer
- Item was not delivered within the stated shipping timeframe
- Order was cancelled before shipment was dispatched
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Perishable goods, food, and health supplements once opened
- Digital products, downloadable content, or software licences once accessed
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval from the brand owner
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by the brand owner and verified by DagangNow, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Disputes
If you are unable to resolve a dispute with the brand owner, you may escalate the matter to DagangNow at [email protected]. DagangNow will review the case and may mediate between parties, but does not guarantee a specific outcome.
Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

All brand owners and sellers using the DagangNow platform must comply with Malaysian law and this policy. Listing, promoting, or selling prohibited or restricted items may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
1. Absolutely Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited and may not be listed or sold on DagangNow under any circumstances:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
- Firearms, ammunition, and military-grade weapons
- Explosives, flammable materials, and hazardous chemicals
- Counterfeit or pirated goods including fake branded items
- Stolen goods or goods without proof of legitimate ownership
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
- Human organs, body parts, or human trafficking services
- Items that promote hatred, violence, or discrimination
- Pyramid scheme products or multi-level marketing products without proper licensing
2. Restricted Items (Prior Approval Required)
The following items require valid licences, certifications, or prior approval from DagangNow before they may be listed:
- Health supplements and nutraceuticals (must have NPRA/KKM registration)
- Pharmaceutical products and medical devices (MOH approval required)
- Halal-certified food products (must display valid JAKIM or equivalent certification)
- Alcoholic beverages (applicable licences required; restricted to lawful purchasers)
- Tobacco and vaping products (compliance with Control of Tobacco Product Regulations required)
- Financial or investment products (SC or BNM approval required)
- Pest control and agricultural chemicals (DOA registration required)
3. Enforcement
DagangNow reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion if it is determined to violate this policy or applicable law. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination. Brand owners are responsible for ensuring all their listings comply with this policy at all times.

Payment and Settlement Policy

This policy outlines how payments are collected from customers and how proceeds are settled to brand owners and affiliates on the DagangNow platform.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
DagangNow currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Online banking (FPX) via CHIP Fintech
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via CHIP Fintech
- DuitNow QR and bank transfer (for brands operating manual payment arrangements)
All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). DagangNow does not store customer card information; all card data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
2. Platform Service Fees
DagangNow charges a platform service fee on each completed transaction. The applicable fee rate is displayed in your brand dashboard and may vary based on your subscription plan. Affiliate commissions, where applicable, are deducted separately and disbursed to the referring affiliate upon order completion.
3. Settlement to Brand Owners
Net proceeds (sale amount minus platform fees and applicable affiliate commissions) are credited to the brand owner's DagangNow wallet upon order completion and fulfilment confirmation. Settlement to your registered bank account is subject to:
- Completion of identity verification (KYC/KYB)
- Registration of a valid Malaysian bank account in your payout profile
- Minimum payout threshold as specified in the dashboard
Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days of the withdrawal request, subject to fraud review and compliance checks.
4. Affiliate Commission Settlement
Affiliate commissions are held in the affiliate's DagangNow wallet following successful order fulfilment. Commissions become available for withdrawal after the applicable clearing period. DagangNow reserves the right to withhold commissions on orders that are subsequently refunded or cancelled.
5. Chargebacks
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by a customer, DagangNow will work with the payment processor to review the case. The associated transaction amount may be temporarily withheld from settlement during the review period. Brand owners are responsible for maintaining order records, proof of delivery, and customer communications to support dispute resolution.
